This policy explains our order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refund procedures.
All domestic orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from successful order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
International orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding Sundays, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
During festive periods, promotional campaigns, sales, new product launches or periods of high order volume, dispatch may take longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the registered mobile number and/or email address provided at the time of placing the order.
We ship our products across serviceable locations in India through reputed logistics partners.
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, PIN code and logistics serviceability.
Delivery to remote locations or certain PIN codes may require additional time.
Important: The delivery date shown at checkout or communicated through the tracking system is an estimated delivery date and may vary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries and serviceable locations.
International orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance, destination-country regulations and logistics conditions.
International shipping availability may change depending on product restrictions, destination regulations and logistics serviceability.
We offer free domestic shipping across India, except where specifically stated otherwise, including certain promotional or free-trial orders.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
International shipping charges shown at checkout do not include customs duties, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered mobile number and/or email address.
Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the shipment status.
Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.
Our logistics partners may make multiple attempts to deliver your order.
Delivery may fail due to an incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN code, customer unavailability, inability to contact the customer, refusal to accept the shipment, access restrictions or other logistical reasons.
If an order cannot be successfully delivered after the applicable delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to Jivanta Herbal as Return to Origin (RTO).
For prepaid orders returned to us as RTO, any applicable refund will be processed after the shipment is received and verified by Jivanta Herbal.
Applicable shipping, return shipping or other logistics charges may be deducted where the RTO has occurred due to reasons attributable to the customer.
Customers should contact Jivanta Herbal as soon as possible if they need to correct or change their delivery address.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an address change if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not be possible.
Jivanta Herbal will not be responsible for delivery failure or delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the package appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the shipment and should contact Jivanta Herbal Customer Care immediately.
If damage, leakage, missing items or an incorrect product is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
All such cases will be reviewed and verified before a replacement, exchange or refund is approved.
Due to the nature of personal-care, skincare, hair-care and Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, used, tested or tampered with after delivery.
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Jivanta Herbal.
Products approved for return must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless the issue itself concerns damage or defect.
For any product quality-related complaint, customers should contact Jivanta Herbal Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.
The complaint may be reviewed based on product details, photographs, videos, batch information and other relevant information.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, opened/used products or products that do not qualify under this policy.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval or after the returned product has been received and verified, as applicable.
Once a refund has been initiated, the time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or financial institution.
Shipping charges, COD charges and other convenience charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the issue has occurred due to an error attributable to Jivanta Herbal.
Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable delivery, RTO, return or refund terms will apply.
COD Orders: Repeated refusal to accept shipments may affect the availability of COD for future orders.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import duties, VAT, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are advised to check the applicable import regulations and cosmetic/product restrictions in their country before placing an international order.
Jivanta Herbal is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges and the shipment is returned to Jivanta Herbal, applicable shipping, return shipping, customs or other charges incurred may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
