The sacred Ayurvedic practice of Ksheer Pak Vidhi, often called the “cooking of milk,” is a refined method used to extract and preserve the healing power of herbs. Unlike other herbal oil, the Sukhada Stress Relief Oil is curated by carefully combining the herbs, oil, and milk to produce a deeply nourishing therapeutic preparation. The main four key elements are combined in this method: Kalka (herbal paste), Sneha (base oil), Dravya (herbal decoction), and pure cow’s milk, known as Ksheer. The milk plays an important role by helping draw out both water-soluble and fat-soluble compounds from the herbs, ensuring a more complete extraction of their beneficial properties. The mixture is gently simmered over Mridu Agni, or a mild flame, allowing the ingredients to slowly transform. Once the liquid gradually evaporates, the proteins in the milk help bind the herbal essence into the oil, improving its absorption by the body. This makes the preparation especially effective when used for Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage), allowing the oil to penetrate deeply into the body’s Dhatus, or tissues.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, however, your refund may arrive sooner.
To return an item, simply log in to your account and view your order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Select the "Return Item(s)" option to begin the return process.
We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your returned item and your refund has been issued.
